This week we have a 'light' article from the WSJ about Paul Romer's recent take on a very old idea: utopia. He hopes to create a charter city where smart people (like Romer, I'm guessing) can sit down and write all the rules and laws from scratch. This 'charter city' looks like it may end up in Honduras, and it needs a 'guarantor country' - perhaps Canada could step up in return for visa-free access to the beaches for its citizens?
